Remember the Balrog forum

Remember the Balrog was the first design job I did for anyone else, and it's where I began my policy of making dummy sites to gain client approval prior to uploading the files to the hosting site.

It has no intro pages; the site consists of the forum and the story archive. The page background image and banner were made by the members, who didn't know how to upload them to the site. The theme was originally a dark smoky blue called "Dark Fantasy," but I changed the theme image colours to a soft golden caramel.

When I posted the link to the dummy site, the members approved and I was given access to the backoffice. I'm now an administrator, and am responsible for upgrading the site software. Some of the members like to write, so I added a story archive that runs on eFiction to the site. It's linked via the Stories button. See the forum at http://rememberthebalrog.org/index.php
