Writers' Rendezvous

Writers' Rendezvous was created as a college project to get the ITQ Level 3 qualification from MANCAT. It uses CSS 3 gradient background, .png transparencies, a sound file, an animated gif image, Javascript mouseover effects and RSS feed reader widgets on the Home page. The About page continues the colour scheme and CSS 3 features, as do the forum, two of the blogs, and the story archive.

The idea was to create a site that showcases my ability to set up and integrate applications software as well as demonstrating my design skills. Since it's a hobby site, I used a free .Co.CC domain and free hosting. See it at http://writers-rendezvous.co.cc.
